Everyone knows Kansas City has a long tradition of amazing barbeque. We should know too -- we’ve been preparing our hickory-smoked meats and delicious homemade sides, sauces, and desserts using the same original recipes for almost 70 years. It’s a joy to share our flavorful hickory smoked ribs, brisket, pork, chicken, and burgers with the community, but the thing folks really can’t get enough of is our signature burnt ends -- around here we call them ‘brownies’.
